中国开平镇项目总体规划概念
This master planning of a new town was centered on providing up to date residential facilities together with creating new town centre and tourist destination to enable restoration of the historically important village of Kaiping near Guangzhou. The dilapidated waterfront properties with their unique façade design will be restored and re-modeled to contain all necessary tourist facilities, with the residents re-located in the adjacent new town, which will be directly connected with the historical centre. Project is currently ongoing
这个新城镇的总体规划主要是提供最新的住宅设施，同时建立新的市中心和旅游目的地，以恢复历史上重要的开平村，该村靠近广州。
这些外观设计独特的破旧海滨物业，将会被修复和重建，以容纳所有必需的旅游设施。开平村居民亦会迁往邻近的新市镇，而新市镇直通开平村这个历史中心，该项目目前正在施工中。
