Our Dubai Office’s project for the Beach Resort facilities in the Red Sea coast resort Sharm El Sheikh. The project located on 1km x 200m stretch of beach in an environmentally sensitive area comprises of restaurants, beach club, with swimming pools, beach villas, wellness oasis and beach and sport sport facilities all designed with local natural materials and utilising indigenous landscape. Schematic design has been approved in January 2025 and Design Development package has been submitted in April 2025.
