Israel Real Estate Conference Eilat 2022
In December 2022 Martin presented the Design principles and philosophy behind the Wonderland Intercontinental Hotel in Shanghai to an audience of the Israel Real Estate Conference in Eilat on the Red Sea. This was Martin’s first visit to Israel and he was impressed by the vitality and uniqueness of the local culture and spirit.

On September 13th Martin presented his design philosophy of Sensitive design to an audience at the Cityscape Global Conference in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This was Martins first visit to KSA and was a great introduction to the potential of projects and developments in this dynamic country.
