This 1.5 Km waterfront site with strong connection to the historical city centre
will contain functions ranging from large residential development to commercial retail shopping, hotel and offices. The long water frant will be utilized mainly for sport, leisure and tourism and will form, together with the park situated across the river, the new ‘green heart’ of the city. The connection will be provided with a Fuyang’s version of the ‘Garden Bridge’.
Concept was completed in 2017
这个1.5公里的沿河岸与老城的市中心紧密相连，将包含从大型住宅开发到商业零售购物，酒店和办公的各种功能。长沿水面将主要用于运动，休闲和旅游等功能，并与河对岸的公园一起形成新的城市 “绿色心脏”。本项目和公园的联系为未来阜阳的“花园桥”。概念设计于2017年完成。
