JADE+QA is International architectural and planning studio established in UK, Hong Kong and China by British architect Martin Jochman BA Arch, Dip Arch RIBA and Kiona Qing Wang MA, Leed GA. Prior to JADE+QA Martin has designed in UK, and internationally, as a design team leader and design director, many high profile projects such as the Jumeira Beach Hotel and the Wild Wadi Waterpark in Dubai, Redevelopment of city centre in Kiev Ukraine, Tianjin TEDA towers, Wuhan Pebbles, Shimao Wonderland Intercontinental Hotel in China and other important landmarks, winning numerous national and international competitions and awards.

Our teams in UAE and United Kingdom are experienced in providing complete design consultancy service from Concept to Completion inclusive of Scheme and Design Development stages inclusive of overview and coordination of Construction Drawing and Site Construction stages.
Our portfolio of work represents many years of experience of our team members both in UK, Internationally and in China where JADE+ QA has been active for more than 10 years. The concepts, scheme development, construction documents and the construction site experience has all been managed and produced by our studio team members. Our combined know how covers many diverse building types ranging from residential to retail and mixed commercial developments to many different hotel types, both in city centre and holiday resort locations. We have also designed themed projects such as aquariums, water parks and other leisure led and themed developments.
